Privacy policy

This policy covers the pareat.com website. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does not track visitors.

The short version

pareat.com is a static site. There are no accounts, no cookies are set, there is no analytics or advertising tooling, and nothing is loaded from third-party services. Fonts and 3D models are hosted on this domain. The only point at which personal data is collected is when you choose to submit the contact form.

Contact form

If you submit the form, the details you enter are collected:

  • Name. Whatever you put in that field.
  • Email address. Needed in order to reply to you.
  • Subject. The category you select, including privacy requests.
  • Message. The text you write.

These details are used solely to read and answer your enquiry. They are not used for marketing, they do not feed any mailing list, and they are not shared with anyone beyond what is described below.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us on their own initiative (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); by submitting the form you choose to start the conversation.

Who processes data on our behalf

Form delivery is handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which receives the form contents and relays them to an email inbox. FormSubmit acts as a processor and operates outside the European Union, so submitting the form involves an international transfer of the data in your message. If you would rather avoid that, do not use the form.

Server logs

The web server records the requests it receives, as any server does: IP address, date and time, the address requested, and browser type. These logs exist only for security and fault diagnosis, are not linked to any profile, and are not used for analytics. They are kept for as long as those purposes require and then rotated automatically.

Cookies, analytics, tracking

None. The site sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, integrates no analytics or advertising tooling, and performs no profiling or automated decision-making.

Your rights

If you have written to us through the form, you have the right to request access to the data in your message, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

To exercise those rights, use the Contact form.

Applicable law

The GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Italian data protection law apply.
